Items shipped from Figchic.com.eg can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Returns/ Exchange will be processed only if:

  • It is determined that the product was not used nor damaged while in your possession with max. of 14 days.
  • In case of products with manufacturing defects can be exchanged / returned within the period of 30 calendar days upon the approval of figchic.com quality control department.
  • The product is not different from what was shipped and received by you.
  • The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (unused/unaltered if applicable, with the original brand /manufacturer tag attached or packaging, and if the original purchase receipt is available)

After the courier has received your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. After the return is processed it may take 7 to 15 business days for the refund to show on your payment card statement.

Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event a damaged, defective or wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage to, or defect in, the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement. We reserve the right to collect or inspect the product to ascertain the damage to, or defect in, the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement. 

Items may be eligible for replacement only. If the exact same product is not in stock following a replacement request, a refund may be issued.

Note: In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or returning items which are not in original condition or by cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, Figchic.com reserves the right to warn, restrict, suspend, block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.

Note: We will not accept return of any item which is wrongfully sent to us or items which are different than what was delivered to you. This includes items which were not originally purchased from Figchic.com. In the event we receive such items, we are unable to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items and your actions may result in restrictions on your Figchic.com account including limiting your ability to return items in future, order cancellation and/or Figchic.com account closure. Any such item which you send or return to Figchic.com cannot be shipped or otherwise returned to you. We can only process a return in respect of correct items which are returned in accordance with our policies.

Customer must either provide a return address within Egypt, provide a prepaid return Invoice, or offer a full refund without requesting the item to be returned.

  • These items are eligible for return for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. In the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item is delivered to you can also opt for a free replacement (if available).
  • Please keep the item in its original condition (new & unworn), with brand outer box, brand/price tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful refund/replacement.
  • Items like Men & Women Underwear, Lingerie set, Socks, hosiery, swimwear & jewelry are NOT returnable due to hygiene conditions. However, in the unlikely event a damaged, defective or different item is delivered to you, you can contact us for a resolution.

Luggage, Handbags & Shoes

  • These items are eligible for return for a full refund within 30 days of delivery only in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered you can also opt for a free replacement (if available).
  • Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, Brand/price tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful refund/replacement. Any luggage products with locks must be returned unlocked.
