FIG app privacy notice

The FIG app is run by FIG (Fashion International Group), 2 Aly Rashed St., Star Capital F2, 9th Floor, City Stars, Heliopolis, Cairo 11771, Egypt. This notice explains what the app collects, why, and who handles it. It adds to our Privacy Policy, which covers our shop and website.
What the app collects
- When you sign in: your email address, where we send a one-time code, and the name, phone number and addresses you add to your account. Signing in is optional: you can browse and buy without an account.
- When you buy: what is in your bag, your delivery details and your order. You pay on Shopify's secure checkout page. The app never sees or stores your card number.
- When you return something: the order, the pieces, the reason and any note you write, and the phone number or email you give us.
- When you join the FIG letter: your email address.
What stays on your phone
Your wishlist, the pieces you viewed recently, your bag and your department choice are kept on your phone. Your sign-in is kept in the phone's secure storage. Deleting the app removes them.
What the app does not do
The app shows no ads and has no advertising ID. It does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. It does not use your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos. We do not sell personal data.
Why we use it
To run your account, take and deliver your orders, handle returns, refunds and store credit, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and send the FIG letter when you ask for it.
Who handles it for us
- Shopify runs our shop, checkout, customer accounts and payments (Shopify's privacy notice).
- Our couriers get your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
- Medusa hosts the service that takes your returns.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces the app shows, so Google's servers see your phone's internet address when the app downloads them.
How long we keep it
Your account data is kept while you have an account. Records of orders, payments and returns are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
- See or correct your details in the app: Account, then Manage.
- Delete your account in the app (Account, then Delete my account) or on our Delete your account page.
- Leave the FIG letter with the unsubscribe link in any of its emails.
Children
The app is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
Security
Everything the app sends travels encrypted (HTTPS). Your sign-in is kept in your phone's secure storage.
