How you earn it
When your full-price pieces from a brand reach that brand's spend level, you get a percentage of what you paid for them back as store credit. The best level you reach applies.

Only full-price pieces count, brand by brand, before delivery. Sale pieces and gift cards don't count and don't earn.
When you get it
- It goes into your FIG account once your order is paid: straight away for card orders, and once delivered and paid for cash on delivery.
- It's for your next order. It never comes off the order that earned it.
Which orders earn it
- Orders paid by card (Visa, Mastercard or valU), cash on delivery, or a FIG gift card.
- Orders paid partly or fully with store credit don't earn new store credit.
- Buying a gift card doesn't earn store credit.
- Orders using a discount code, like WELCOME10, don't earn store credit.
How to use it
- Shop as usual and go to checkout.
- Sign in with the same email you used for the order that earned it.
- Your store credit balance shows as a payment option. Use all of it or part of it.
- Pay the rest, if any, by card or cash on delivery.
What you can use it on
- Full-price pieces from every brand at figeg.com, and FIG gift cards.
Not on
- Sale and discounted pieces
Every product page says whether store credit can be used on that piece.
Good to know
- It has no expiry date.
- It can't be exchanged for cash.
- If an order is cancelled before it's paid, it earns no store credit.
- If you return pieces from an order that earned store credit, the credit for those pieces will be taken back.
