Delete your account

You can delete your FIG account at any time, from the FIG app (Account, then Delete my account) or with the form on this page.

What we delete

• Your account and your sign-in
• Your name, email address, phone number and saved addresses
• Your store credit: please use it before you ask, because it can't be kept or paid out after deletion

Your wishlist, recently viewed pieces and bag in the app are kept only on your phone: deleting the app removes them.

What we keep

We keep the records of past orders, payments and returns that the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires. They are no longer linked to an account you can sign in to.

How long it takes

We delete your account within 30 days of your request and email you when it's done. If an order is on its way or a return is in progress, we finish it first.
