You can return or exchange what you bought on figeg.com within 14 days of delivery.

Lingerie is final sale

Bras, panties, lingerie sets, bodysuits and shapewear can't be returned or exchanged, for hygiene reasons. If a lingerie piece reaches you damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us and we'll put it right.

What can come back

  • Pieces that are unworn and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging.
  • Within 14 days of the day your order was delivered.
  • A piece that arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered can always come back, lingerie included.

How to return or exchange

  1. Go to Returns and find your order with the email or phone number you ordered with.
  2. Choose the pieces, tell us why, and choose how you'd like your money: account credit with 5% extra, cash from the shop, or back to your card.
  3. Bring the pieces with their tags to the brand's shop within 7 days. You'll see which shop when you finish.

Refunds

Account credit is yours as soon as we have checked the pieces. A refund to your debit or credit card usually takes 5 to 10 working days to show.
